FAQ

How does the free trial work?

Type your restaurant’s name on menui.site and your menu is ready with sample items and photos. Edit it for 2 days for free, no card needed. Subscribe any time to keep it online.

Do my guests need an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code and the menu opens in their phone’s browser, in English or Arabic.

How do I pay?

The yearly plan is $42 (was $60). Pay by card on HEXACODES Pay and your plan is active immediately, or pay by Whish / OMT and we activate it as soon as we receive the payment.

What do I get with the Pro menu?

Your menu on your own domain, like wantedcrepe.site, with a premium custom design like chickenboss.rest, set up for you by our team. It costs $199 for the first year instead of $260, then $50 a year. The domain itself is paid separately.

Can I sell menus to my own clients?

Yes. With the vendor package you get a dashboard to create and manage menus for many restaurants. Contact us on Telegram or at contact@menui.site for vendor pricing.

I already have a menu on menui.site. How do I renew?

Sign in to your account on menui.site and choose Subscribe. A renewal adds a full year on top of the time you have left.
